As tenants, you will need to be aware of a few points before signing up.

We will need fully completed application forms for your referencing then, once accepted you will need (usually) 1month’s rent and 1 months equivalent as a deposit in cleared funds before being able to move in. In some circumstances guarantors may be required.

All services will be transferred into the tenants’ names.

Remember the tenancy term is binding and rent is due to be paid until the end of the agreement (unless otherwise agreed by the landlord).

IN BRIEF TENANTS OBLIGATIONS ARE TO INCLUDE:-

1. To pay rent in full and on time each month.
2. Look after the property and report faults as they occur.
3. Show respect and consideration to the neighbours.
4. Read your tenancy agreement.
5. Allow reasonable access to landlord or agents when requested.

These are not the only ‘rules’ but certainly ones all landlords would expect as a minimum requirent…..

All applicants will need to pay an ‘admin fee’ of £90 for single tenancy and £150 for a ‘couple’
